1. Overview
At Nationwide Protective Coatings Mfrs., Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
· Item must be unused
· Item must be in original, unopened packaging
· Item must be in resalable condition
· Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
· Custom-mixed or special-order colors
· Products marked “Final Sale”
· Opened or used materials
· Clearance items
However, non-returnable items may still qualify for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 5).
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email: info@nationwidecoatings.com
2. Include:
o Order number
o Product name
o Reason for return
o Photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item:
· Arrives damaged
· Is defective
· Is incorrect
· Is missing from your order
You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will:
· Replace the product at no cost, OR
· Issue a full refund including original shipping costs (if applicable)
We may provide a prepaid return label depending on the situation.
6. Change of Mind Returns
If returning due to change of mind (for eligible items):
· Customer is responsible for return shipping
· A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable
The exact restocking fee (if applicable) will be confirmed before return authorization.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
· You will be notified of approval or rejection within 3 business days
· Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
· Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled:
· Before shipment for a full refund
· After shipment, standard return terms apply
Custom or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
9. Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item):
· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
· We recommend using a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
10. Color Variations
Color appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and substrate differences.
We recommend requesting color confirmation before ordering custom-mixed products.
Minor color variations do not qualify as defects.
