1. Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally unless arranged in advance.

If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification
  • Product preparation
  • Custom color mixing (if applicable)
  • Packaging

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After processing, standard delivery typically takes:

2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time:
3–10 business days from order placement.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via reputable national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (when applicable)

Carrier selection depends on order size, weight, and destination.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the continental United States.

If expedited shipping options are available, costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

There are no hidden shipping fees.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and details

We will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Freight Shipments (If Applicable)

Large or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier.

For freight deliveries:

  • Customer must inspect goods upon delivery
  • Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours
