BASEMENT SEALER is a bright extra white, high-performance elastomeric ceramic commercial grade 10 year, concrete & masonry waterproofing basement sealer. Excellent waterproofing with a high concentration of elastomeric resin for the ultimate in waterproofing protection.
This technology has excellent penetration on porous surfaces and outstanding adhesion on non-porous surfaces. BASEMENT SEALER is designed for positive waterproofing of wall surfaces only. This product will not stop negative hydrostatic pressure resistance, if negative hydrostatic pressure resistance is required, please inquire about BASEMENT SEALER PRO or BASEMENT SEALER PROTEX or BASEMENT SEALER CLEAR PRO.
