SOLARGUARD™ is an acrylic urethane, high-performance commercial grade clear gloss sealer and protective coating. This is a zero V.O.C. waterborne formulation of acrylic and urethane resins. New technology gives the convenience of water clean up while surpassing the durability of solvent-based products.
Designed specifically for Glass Solar Panels but can be used on most glass surfaces.
Check for adhesion and compatibility before doing the entire area. It has excellent penetration on porous surfaces and superior adhesion on non-porous or compatible previously coated surfaces.
SOLARGUARD™ possesses excellent durability and provides for increased water and chemical resistance plus superior resistance to ultraviolet degradation. Film hardness provides excellent mar, scratch and abrasion resistance. SOLARGUARD™ dries to a beautiful decorative, non-yellowing clear gloss finish. SOLARGUARD™ is an easily maintained protective finish that will last for many years and has excellent recoatability.
